Dam December 15th cant get here quick enough. Only 2 more weeks.

Only people we need to keep are Felton and Amare.

nice to see us beating most teams we should of late.

that's what a near +/- .500 team does.

duhh..we ain't beating most good teams.

during the 6 game losing streak we were losing to too many teams we should beat.

get ready for a bad losing streak at some point this season, again, that will scare folks.

we need more....no ish, but i'll take the wins.

You have to be able to stop and smell the roses I mean after having teams that couldn't even beat lousy teams it's good to know that we're not a lousy team. We may not be elite, but we're better than somebody! Besides great teams pad their stats on these teams too!

Hey how good was Felton tonight? I loved how he was running the PnR! That is how it's supposed to be done. He was so much more patient and waited for the right moment to make the pass. Neither Felton nor Amar'e were rushing or forcing the PnR, which is how it's supposed to be done. The Timing was PERFECT!

He was awesome tonight. And he's one FAST MF-er. At some points I thought there was something wrong with the video stream.

btw, i thought avery johnson was the second coming according to some here?

he doesn't necessarily coach the best d...

the team has THE slowest pace in the nba, but were tied with us coming into tonight's game in defensive efficiency...

this has been the problem with the old school defensive lovers here and elsewhere...

defense based on seeing points per game is missing key ingredients to understanding what's behind the score of the game. i also think avery has improved the team, although so have some of their many young players naturally, probably (same with mda).

johnson, supposedly, sure hasn't brought out the best in devin harris...although dude has fallen off the map...interesting that dallas traded harris back when avery was still coach...

Our defense was only awful in the 1st half, mainly cause Amare was getting abused by Lopez, and less to do with our ****ty rotations.

Our defense in the second half was the best I've ever seen. Chandler was quick to double Lopez, Gallo cut off the passing lanes to Chandler's man, and we pretty much shut down the Nets' offense. It also helps that they lost their PG in the 3rd, but we were already up 10 at that point if I recall.

Great solid win.

If this Knicks team can gradually improve their D, I see wins even against better teams. Any time we play defense, it kickstarts our offense cause we always look to push the ball after a rebound.

Im not interested in one defensive player. 1 defender isnt going to help the team defense.

Amare needs help. Gallo and Randolph have been highly underwhelming so far.

That was a good one. Chandler, its games like this one that makes you cheer but at the same time wonder why he can't bring it like that more consistently. Shot selection. I hope this is the result of seeing Stat show no fear and not a break in the weather. Looking at Amare's expression after that first highlight dunk off the pick and roll from Felton was that of a guy who just had a big weight taken off his shoulders.

Mosgov and Randolph still learning. One thing I don't get is why is it when Randolph comes into the game the Knicks decide to play slow ball, it doesn't make sense. Good work at subbing by D'Antoni, looks like he is getting a better feel for the team.

Gallo is becoming much more confident with his handle. I liked the fact that after that last missed three he tore up the court to get back on D. Fields is something else, all I can think of saying.

Felton is definitely showing some swagger these days and more importantly he is backing it up. Still too many risky passes but he looks like he is starting to get the P&R going with more teammates as the season goes on.

I liked how D'Antoni staggered the final substitutions to give the standouts a chance to get some love from the crowd. So many players earning a standing O, things are changing.

Solid win. This felt like a good team imposing it's will on a bad team type of game.

Games start getting harder soon, but they might be ready. @New Orleans on Friday. Let's go Knicks.

felton and stat with a beast game..

We still need a center to start.. lopez played well, but with size, could have been held in check a bit better...

when did felton develop a jumper..? LOL

Chandler with a great game. 27/11/3 blocks

Gallo struggled with shot, but still husteled and defended.. 13/6

fields not a great, but quietly solid game...6/6

AR came in with a nice bucket and a block..

we played some defense in the second half...

gotta love our support cast of chandler, gallo and fields.. combined for 46/23/6/4.... just great production from a supporting cast...

Well you spoke about a trade, and then spoke about defense. I'm just interested in what type of trade you're talking about.
