Vasquez interview is not an endorsement for the quality of Maryland education. But if he goes to the knx I'll love him nonetheless

really?

he came across quite mature and intelligent to me.

speaking "correct" english, to me, especially when english is not your native language, is not a sign of being educated...

i know many highly intelligent and educated folks who don't speak "correct" english, since they are from other countries...

I think there are maturity issues surrounding Whiteside -- the guy showed up to the Combine on measurements day in flip-flops, not sneakers. Still, I can't believe he's slipped this far -- if I'm Donnie, I definitely try to target a pick soon to grab him...I don't think the Knicks ever thought he'd still be around at 30..I distinctly remember Donnie talking about adding shot-blocking. We'll this guy's the best out there...Does he continue to slip to us at 38?

good call briggs and according to realgm, it looks like this is the case. i'm fine with this, i've always liked greivis as a player, he should fit in great with mike's offense. he plays balls out every play, which is something that will be well-received by knick fans in that regard. it's not like balkman in the fact that he's just a hustler, he can actually play PG.

Garbage??? WTF dude? This guy's a nice player that made a lot of strides last year (esp. in his shooting) and really fills out the stat sheet...6'6", intense, fine handle, passing ability, rebounding ability, solid IQ....Garbage? I can think of a lot of words to describe Greivis Vasquez bro, "garbage" definitely isn't one of them..You're a funny dude..
