Terez, just a one time affair May 20 I just received word from a high-up PR person from an NBA team, who would like to remain anonymous for obvious reasons, that the LeBron/Delonte rumor is true… The PR person who is very good friends with Tad Carper and Amanda Petrak, the Cleveland Cavaliers top two PR People confirms the story is true..He goes on to say..”It’s true and everyone around the league knows it.” It’s only a matter of time before this house of cards tumbles..I’m not saying this attributed to LeBron’s lackluster play the final three games, but the alleged affair happened according to this NBA team’s PR person..stay tuned. -TO

Telfair’s future with the team is uncertain. He is a trading chip because of his expiring contract, but the Cavs are expected to attempt to trade backup guard Delonte West and that could make Telfair more valuable. Apparently, Lebron did an interview with Larry King yesterday that will air on Friday. I would imagine that Larry King would ask him to clear up the rumors unless it was agreed before hand that the subject was taboo. I assume Lebron will deny the rumors, but it will be interesting to see his reaction if the question is asked.

I am surprised you guys didnt hear the WFAN Craig Carton /Boomer show who had Darrel Dawkins as guest and they discussed the Lebron incident. Dawkins knew not much other than rumors said Lebron perhaps handled the situation as best as a star can since D.West is a no-body Furthermore Carton says that the story went that after Game#3 Lebron was invited out by Jay-Z and Beyonce, guess Story went on that after Lebron finished up with Jay-Z and Beyonce Lebron returned to Hotel with some food bag Also around NBA it is privately known prior to D.West guns arrest he had some personal issues going back to Delonte West (2009) Anyone can u imagine ?if true that LBJ Went back to hotel rm of his mom to give her food & West answered the Daryl Dawkins said he Or even the WFAN personalities can deck West if it happened to them but Dawkins told Carton Can you imagine? Cavs are actively looking to move West. That pretty much confirms it for me.
The Cavaliers will look to trade guard Delonte West this summer. He has a partially guaranteed contract of $4.6 million that is worth $500,000 if he is waived by August 5th. Such a contract could save a team around $5 million in savings for a team depending on how a potential trade is structured. More sources have come forward explaining how it actually happen. Just one of those things.
