he needs to learn how to play more under control... he's all over the place out there, just like Nate was... don't like how he forces up shots off penetration either... this guy needs KMart in his prime running the break with him to be the most effective.

Duhon always did his thing in certain spots on the floor. His spacing with Lee was excellent. Sergio dribbles the ball up Lee's ass and then passes it to him for turnovers.

if MDA is committed to running more uptempo then Sergio's a decent option, but we also need the players who can run on the wings w/him & keep up... i think Walker is a nice fit w/Sergio but Gallo is a loaper more suited to a half court style... when Wilson gets back i'd like to see the team just push uptempo all game long w/him & Walker on the wings w/Sergio leading the break... worth a look.

Gallo off the bench?

Think thats a step in the wrong direction!!

Wilson and Gallo I think will start!!

KNICKS on the way UP!!!

These games remind me of those late Isiah seasons where Mardy Collins goes for triple doubles. I'm taking it easy at this point. Guys have to show it to me for awhile.

good point, but gallo can give you that trailer for the jumper.. ala dirk.. the way kid pushes the ball with marion and terry and dirk trails the play for the jumpers.. gives you a lot of options..

no, i'd play Gallo at the 4 w/Lee at the 5... T-Mac can start & u can have Sergio off the bench like tonight... i'm just saying when Sergio's on the floor i'd want to see Walker & Wilson on the floor w/him.

The guy must be in the doghouse. I can't think of any more logical reason than that.

when gallo and T-mac were off the floor, the knicks gave up theri lead.. in come gallo and T-mac and the lead goes back to double digits.. but I will say this.. you have to find time for walker.. our youth movement just added a new member and this cat is fierce around the rim.. LOL

good game from gallo, walker, lee, Al, and house with T-mac being the alpha male and he kept things in check.. No lee and al with their monkey business, forced shots and passing the ball between one another... T-mac seemed to set the tone with moving the ball, everyone got looks and passing became an "in" thing for the knicks players tonight..

T-Mac is the only guy who really knows how to orchestrate an offense on this team... Sergio is not an orchestrator, he's more of a high energy guy that excels in the open court... Duhon only knows how to run the P&R with Lee... Douglas has no clue how to run an offense... Eddie House is a shooter that will make the occasional nice entry pass into the post.

T-Mac gets everyone settled & makes the smart pass both in the half court set & in transition... he has a much higher offensive IQ than anyone we've had for a long time... it also helps that he's also a high threat to score so defenses always have to account for where he is on the floor... unfortunately his body won't let him be the star player we need to carry this team... tonight he was shooting the ball real well but that's not going to be the case every night... & who knows how his knee will react to the extended minutes he saw tonight... it's touch & go w/him every minute he's on the floor now.

“The once great Jeff Van Gundy always told me that when things are going so well for a team the best player has to do something to inspire your team,” McGrady said of his former Rockets coach.

“That’s why I wanted to come out tonight and apply pressure defensively on whoever I was guarding. From that point on my teammates followed. It was just a continuous thing, just applying pressure, a lot of energy and my guys fed off that.”
