the human race & violence goes hand in hand... it's been that way since the dawn of history... guns or no guns.

i gotta disagree. sure, there has been violence. but to say it goes hand in hand? no way. i am so peaceful, i have a hard time believing all other humans are not as peaceful as i am, thing is they just don't know any better.

maybe even just thinking that violence and humans go hand in hand is, in a way, surrendering yourself to violence and thus becoming a violent person even if you commit no outwardly violent acts. we must fill our hearts with love and optimism!

DC doesn't have mandatory sentencing laws. Obviously the guns aren't licensed in DC because he lives in VA. It all depends on what they plan to charge him with. They still haven't brought Crittenton in which tells me neither will admit to pointing guns at each other if that happened at all.
