I plugged my stats (6'4", 200) and it pretty much told me I was a giant fatty, although on the normal weight. Ridiciulous as I had a sixer before the summer started and I had to go away for business for two months. I'm probably closer to 12 percent than the 24 it suggested. But the calculator is beneficial if you haven't duilt a decade's worth (or longer) of lean muscle mass
LOL, I'm 40 lbs heavier than you dude, and I'm 6'4" and they said I'm 29%. They also said in order for me to be at a healthy weight, I need to be 197 lbs at most.
the calculator is a good back of the napkin type analysis, but there are so many different factors to consider. That number is definitely not binding because it doesn't take into account bone density or dehydration or whatever.
I really have no idea what my body fat count is, but I estimate it like this: 10 percent or less if you have a six pack, 10 to 20 percent if you can see some ab definition (but no six pack), 20+ percent with no abdominal definition.
My "analysis" is severely flawed as body types are different but that's how I estimate that stuff
