Texas shot 50% and couldn't do it....lots of opportunities blown in that final minute. Nightmare finish for the longhorns to a nice comeback.

Any chance Cuse is a really tired team tomorrow and ASU takes it? I think that's a mild upset in the making.

Big game for Harden. He has not looked like a lottery pick so far. If he plays like he did against Temple, after a less than adequate performance vs USC, his stock will plummet.

I would take him if he fell to us and a couple of other targets were gone. I don't think he is athletic enough to warrant top 3 pick.

Aj Price is playing himself into a late first rounder. Name a PG who has played better than him in the last few weeks? And look out for Stanley Robinson next year who looks more and more like Shawn Marion part 2.

'Cuse might be a little too much for ASU here. Orange perimeter defense looking air tight and they're much more loosey goosey on offense - looks like Flynn and co. can just get whatever they want when they want it out there... Wouldn't surprise me if the Orange open this thing up and wind up winning this one going away by 15-20 pts. or better. Devils barely keeping themselves in this with some decent 3 pt. shooting from Kuksiks & Abbott. Harden a no-show so far. Pendergraph trying his best to stay involved - dude does runs the court very well for a 6'10" guy...

ASU has much hotter cheerleaders than the average school in the tournament.

Gotta give em that.

ASU making a run. Down by only 4. with 6:30 to play.

Harden is playing himself out of the lottery if not the first round.

Harden is looking like **** right now, but he's still a top 10 pick. Devendorf hitting key 3's down the stretch

What's wrong with Harden? That was strange to see.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

He might not have played himself out of the 1st round, but I can't believe a lottery team would take a chance on him, and I wonder if he should even be a top 20 pick.

I don't know what this guy's position is going to be in the NBA. I would not want him starting at PG or SG, and there are plenty of decent alternatives at either position to consider in this draft

Played passive ball for most of the game- rarely seemed to show any sense of urgency with the ball. He may have the high "BB IQ" that everyone likes a player to have, but his limited physical abiity, and the fact that he can't, or does not want, to take over a game is what sticks out to me about his game.

Will he decide to stay in college another year because of his terrible finish?

Pittsburgh better be careful here. They're allowing Oklahoma State to just go crazy behing the 3-pt. line early on. Sam Young's the only one who's shown up to play for the Panthers so far. Let's see how long it takes Pitt. to adjust and start closing out on these Ok. State shooters. If they take the perimeter away from them Pitt. wins this handily. If not...

No way he last more than 10 in this shtty draft. He's a 6-5 combo guard who has a lot of old school abilities. While he isnt that athletic he has a strong body and deceptive quickness and change of pace. I don't agree with the pundits about top 3 but look at what is left when you get through Jordan Hill Blake Griffin Thabeet Tyreke Evans Jennings and Derozan-- a lot of small guards undersized or underdeveloped big men who may or may not even come out for this draft.
Id rather have Harden than the smaller guards. He will be a very good NBA player.

Harden had a bad game again tonight, but you can't ignore the 25 games where he looked like the best player in the country (or top 3 at least). He will still be a high pick if he comes out and a high caliber NBA 2 guard.

Blair and Eaton collide here, and both are shaken up. Pitt and OKU is a really good contest here in the first half.

Sam Young is such a good player. Big, strong as an ox, can play D and he can shoot it. There will be sexier picks in the draft at his position, guys like Harden, DeRozan and Henderson, but to me this guy might be the best swingman in the draft pound for pound. W/O him today (think he's got 23 right now with still a little time left in the 1st half) Pitt's not even in this game. Ok. State executing perfectly so far - they're either taking and making 3s when it's there or guys are just cutting to the rim and finishing when Pitt overplays it. Pitt's gotta find a way to establish Blair and get him much more involved in this 2nd half - he's still the best player in the gym...
