Folks were hating on Chandler lately, but you can see the real potential in him, especially when he goes to the hoop so aggressively.

Maybe even more than Nate or Lee.

Good win.

Good win...Duhon with a great line and no turnovers...Zach and Lee played well...
but damn, to shoot that well and still be close....oh well, that was a nice win.

Chalk this W upt to D'Antoni and his system. Certain people on this site have been hating on him since he was hired and refuse to give him any credit for the simple fact that they disagree with his BB philosophy. The floor spacing and the uptempo game created open looks before the defense could set and resulted in 36 assist. When is the last time a Knick team shared the ball like this? This was fun.

Lee played well? I have to watch that game again because it looked like he got outplayed.

Just saw a the last quarter...Lee had a big hoop and a couple boards...nothing fantastic; but, he was better than the last couple games

mcgee is clumsy with no coordination, but he can play.... strange..

He is quite coordinated for a 7-1 player who's body is two full years away from being NBA ready. He is not strong enough in his base strength or his hands so it will give the impression at times at that height of clumsiness but think of some of the plays he made before running out of juice including that reverse catch alley oop. He dwarfed David Lee and he wouldve been a really smart pick by the Knicks for the future who could also help now because he can get up and down. He really was the conduit for the Wizards getting back in the game in the third when we started pulling away and put up a double-double. I mean what can you say there? He's 20 pounds of muscle away from being a player that will be very difficult to contend with.

Very good game by Duhon. Jamal had moments than wouldn't give the ball up. Good game by Chandler in the first half when he was allowed to take shots. Very good game by Randolph.

12 assists - no turnovers by Duhon.

No Malik tonight either, and he played less than 4 minutes in the Charlotte game.

D'Antoni has seemed to have pretty much settled on his rotation, with Roberson now in with Gallo out.

Perhaps there is also the potential for Malik being moved so they don't want him to get injured.

Obviously, it's better to see Roberson in than Malik anyway.

yea. He will be the one guy in this league that Dwight howard will not be able to jump over. Go through? yea, but not go over..

The only reason anyone cares about how Zach performs is for him to raise his trade value.

I tell you what, if he didn't have such a terrible contract, he could play PF for me anytime. It's the contract that's bad, not the player. The guy's just a rock....

Exciting game tonight, nice win... Washington had there chances, they just couldn't throw the ball in the ocean. Also, as promising as McGee and Blatche are (and both had spurts tonight), if both we're a little more seasoned this game could've turned out differently. We have no answer for that type of size... Those guys, especially McGee, have good upside though, there's no question.

Intresting thing Kelly Tripuka said tonight mid-way through the telecast---sometimes guys are afraid to go to the line because they can't make their FTs. Thought that was interesting. That Shouldn't be the case with a guy like Craw though, he was the best FT shooter in the building tonight. I just think with Craw it's 2 things - (1) he just never learned what's a good shot and what's a bad shot, what shot to take at what point in the game and (2) I don't think he likes contact, think he shys away from it. He played (shot the ball) pretty well tonight overall, but his shot selection still leaves a heck of a lot to be desired. And you know what, THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE. Talented player, but he'll never really take the next step...

Oh yeah...

We actually have a winning record!

haha...

I think the first year with Jamal was the last time I remember having a winning record early, but we won the first two games I think.

I don't think it will last, but we should beat most bad teams.

The Wiz are 0-4 now...yikes

Just wanted to add that I thought Kelly Tripucka did a good job tonight. Very Doug Collins-like job with the color tonight. Nice job. A welcomed addition!

Empty stats from Randolph. Empty stats. The man is a terrible defender and still takes stupid perimeter shots when he can just stick to staying in the low post. Not to mention he has the ability to become a black hole at any time. The contract is a big part of why he sould be traded but he is not the ideal power forward. At least not for a team building for a title.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

I dissagree. Zach made some huge shots. And that play where jamal was blocked, zach hustled down the court, got the rebound went up and got fouled. that put us up by 4 and we didn't look back.. zach is ballin. nothing empty there.. and I am not a fan of zach..

I find it interesting that Jordan decided to go with McGee in the end rather than Thomas.

Good for him. Hopefully nobody is fooled with that loser and his contract is moved. Zach Randolph is not a guy you build a team with.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.
