Great decision by Childress.

Honestly, I love hearing about this stuff.

The more global B-Ball gets, and that players can get the most money for what they are worth the better, and fairer globalization (which at this point is blatantly unfair) may actually get.

Tongue in cheek, man you hate to be, what DJ posted was a great illustration on a trend and you and a few others disagree . Fine that's not gonna change it from happening down the road.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

LeBron James could crush the world for an Olympic gold medal this summer, but the evolving power of the euro could cost him his Cleveland Cavaliers point guard.

This time, the overseas revolution of outbidding NBA teams for restricted free agents advances with Dynamo Moscow discussing a two-year, $10 million offer with Delonte West, a source close to West said on Thursday.

The Contra Costa Times' Marcus Thompson reports that several European teams are interested in Warriors center Andris Biedrins, and are said to be in hot pursuit of the unsigned big man.
Russian teams are said to be willing to offer Biedrins, a native of Latvia, somewhere in the neighborhood of three- to five-year deals worth about $10 million per season. And Thompson speculates that the best offer.

I'm predicting an NBA buyout by Europe in the next few weeks

All the middle of the road athletes will get huge contracts because they can star overseas. Many of these contracts will be far above market value, unless the NBA changes the salary cap number
I just hope that people will like me

If Danillo makes it hot here or even close--he's gone back to Italy after year 3.

that makes sense, especially since he would be on the verge of a huge NBA contract extension.

I think given D'antoni, the attraction that is NYC, the unknown of the economy (i.e. FX rate between USD & EUR).....predicting what will happen re: a Gallo departure in 3 years is not possible.

Chaney set the ground work and ask for his own players and then he got the ax and tomjonavich took over.
