Haha, can't take your own medicine. I do deserve the Knicks. I did nothing to deserve you though. Maybe you should grace some other team with fandom if you hate the perennial Knicks. Go now. Your boy Dolan didn't listen to you. Isiah is staying. You should man up and leave.

Sorry to break this to you but "8th best" is nothing to crow about. It goes more with beng 29-34 than what you are trying to make it out to be.

I bet your bedroom is filled with childhood medals and trophies that your mom saved for you for being "8th best".

I was going by record. We know the east sucks. But you have to play the west, too, in order to win an NBA championship. This should be the goal of every REAL fan.

I was going by record. We know the east sucks. But you have to play the west, too, in order to win an NBA championship. This should be the goal of every REAL fan.

In all fairness, we would only be .5 games out of the 8th spot out west.
A sub .500 record is not something we should be gloating over, but the fact is we have been playing relatively better as of late. Getting playoff experience is a good first step regardless of what step we SHOULD be at. In the post season, the slates are cleared. Any games we could potentially take can only present positive results to this team.
Besides, it's nice to escape from the Curry trade without losing another lottery pick.

Are we better than any of these teams next year

Miami-no
Detriot-no
Cleveland-no
Washington-no
New Jersey-no

Is there a good chance next year that these teams are better than us
Atlanta-possibly (if they get a top two no question, and we won't ever catch them)
Toronto-yes
Boston-possibly (if they get a top two no question)
Charlotte-yes (if they get a top two no question, and we won't ever catch them)
Bucks-possibly
Pacers-no
Magic-possibly

So really why he is extended as a GM and President is laughable, by the graces of good we pick up the number 6 seed

Honestly who gives a fluck. A majority of Americans supported G.W Bush in the past...thats a glorified popularity contest and ESPN, and its contingency, has proven to have a strong NY bias over the years. You swayed by others?

I dont have to prove anything to anybody, but this is definitely an unbalanced and overpaid roster with glaring question marks if one were to use a championship level qualifier. That doesnt mean I'm going to act insufferable about things. The 2007 Knicks are not perfect, but its not anything to get on the ledge about.

As far as message boards go, I'm just a fan of balanced, intelligent, and well informed posts no matter the perspective. Take that for what its worth.

Some posts around here are bizarre and dont seem to be grounded in reality.
