I really enjoyed Sinners. Thought the mix of horror, humor, and social commentary was entertaining . The musical numbers were fun as well. This type of film is more in Jordan Peele’s wheelhouse. But I think Coogler made a film that was light and heavy in equal measure. Peele would have leaned on the heavy I think.

Yeah, definitely worth the watch. It was reminiscent of Get Out in a lot of ways. Maybe not as tight, script wise, but I got a lot of the same vibes.

Superman is good. Lengthy, but it speeds along fast. Blends some of the best aspectsnof Superman Returns with Man of Steel. Touches on some the themes Snyder touched on, but with a lighter hand and more humor. It reminded of this animated movie in terms of it's flow.

Yesss!

Sydney Sweeney is reportedly in the running to be the next Bond girl in the long-awaited new instalment in the 007 franchise.

Director Denis Villeneuve is said to be a friend of the star and is looking to cast the White Lotus actress, 27, according to The Sun on Sunday.

Just saw it. It was good. I was hoping for epic. But good isn't bad.

Dolby at AMC is pretty nice. I legitimately thought people were right behind me when they were showing off the audio before the movie. Is that **** built into the chairs?!?

I think Spiderman and Kick Ass are among the choices.

I'm thinking this will be the best thing since Endgame.

Was thinking what "unknown" might make a good Bond. I came up with the actor who plays Arondir in "The Rings of Power". It would give someone besides a white guy a shot. 60 plus years is a long time.

He can do the action stuff, and maybe act debonnaire. A screen test would sort that out. Its a requirement for a good Bond. The ones who bombed could'nt really pull it off.

Just saw it as well. I agree and I like it a lot. However, it's not one of those films I am looking forward to rewatch.

I loved it. I think Corenswet really captured the essence of Clark Kent.

Most Predator stuff doesn’t do it for me. This looks good.

Finished watching “The man in the high castle”. I liked it. Not what I was expecting, even though I knew it was a Philip K. Dick story. The ending left a lot open. Maybe too much, but I still enjoyed it. Felt unerving watching it now, but also reassuring.

Started watching season three of Star Trek strange new worlds. I like it even though, maybe a little too much light fare at times. Like to see more old school exploration.

“Prey” was very good. So was the animated feature. Everything before that, up to Predator 2, sucked. That was the last one worth rewatching. This looks good too.

I think Predators was good too. I rewatch it from time to time. But yeah, not feeling the Predators vs Alien series or the last Predator reboot.

Anybody see Fantastic Four in 3D? I haven’t seen 3D since Friday the 13th Part 3.

Finally bought the Bosch Icons during Prime Days. So much smoother than the Michelin cheapies from Costco.

Awesome channel...
