If Yabu is great this year, can we extend him ? What if he becomes the starting piece.That moves Hart to the bench and we need him. Towns, Yabu, OG, Bridges and Brunson. Bench Mitch Pacome Hart Clarkson Deuce

I think Yabu should be our starting 4 (with KAT at the 5). Hart better off coming off the bench and I think starting KAT with Mitch weakens our 2nd unit too much.

My guess if you start both KAT and Mitch, one gets in foul trouble so maybe no so bad to get one out and Yabu gets his minutes?
As time goes on we can see the chemistry and who pairs well with whom. Im really hoping Josh gets his shooting back.

With new coach all options should be on the table other than our core 4 who I gather starts.....

I think, while not ideal, Josh at the 4 with Mitch at the 5 helps cover him up a bit defensively. Same as Yabu would be doing for KAT.

Whose the other French big the Knicks traded the rights to ? Bring him over too lol. I like this pick up, start him. He can shoot, run, and play D. Make it a spread 5 line up. Then Mitch comes off the bench and Hart. Defensive unit available to punish the opposition and Harts offense is better against the subs. Develop Pacome in spot minutes, egi chip. Yabu going to be too expensive for us to keep but maybe we can trade him in a sign and trade. Unless we can re-sign him at a market price and go over the second apron for him

I think Mitch is a starter period. We're a better team with him starting. We need him there to set the tone on defense. Let Yabu be the first big off the bench.

He was linked ot us last summer a bit but perhaps he had issue with Thibs or more likley we had no money for him.
