Tough loss. I thought we played hard and the energy and effort were good for the most part but give the Wolves credit. They were on fire all game long from 3 and hit a lot of tough shots. Especially Naz Reid. He was hitting them deep and hitting nothing but net. And Antman is one of the most talented scorers in the league and not much you can do when he's on like that.
Happy that Randle got a nice ovation. Say what you want but he was a warrior for us and helped revive a dead franchise. I got nothing but love for him and wish him nothing but the best.
Love how Payne has played the last few games coming in and creating a spark but he's got to do it in both halves. He goes into a shell in the second half of games for some reason. Scored 18 in the first half and zero in the second half. He needs to stay aggressive. And Thibs needs to leave him in there when he's shooting and playing like that - 18 points in the first half. Pair him with JB idc but you can't sit down a guy who is that hot.
Glad Hart was ok after that scare.
Sucks not having KAT but we're fine in the standings and don't need to take risks and chase wins. We're likely ending up 3rd in the East which I'm perfectly fine with. I'm more concerned about the health of the team. Home court advantage is overrated imo. If KAT needs to sit out a few games or even a couple of weeks or until the All-Star break, so be it.
