I find it…… interesting that Embiid has not yet played in 2 out of 3 Sixers preadolescent games, unless I’m missing some injury something.

I won't judge anything off preseason, but JJJ looked like prime Kevin Garnett when he scored on Obi. Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. Drose looked how last year? Pretty bad actually. Was he banged up a bit last year?
Why we put this on Thibs? Drose has two things to do this year: hold up for 25 games and then push Jah Morant to not be an idiot. Im all about rooting for him to succeed but we gave him a nice extension with and the benefit of the doubt being a solid pro he’d be ready to play and able. He did, but what did we all see? It was time to promote IQ. Remember THibs, the guys who ALWAYS puts HIS GUYS above Yoot? He loves Drose and visa versa. But Thibs has a job to do and a tough one in fact. |

Hornets’ Miles Bridges who blew his big contract with domestic abuse charges in hot water again after throwing billiard balls at the car of his ex (who has a ten year restraining order against him) during a custody exchange - his kids were in the car. His current girlfriend joined in by kicking the car. Reportedly there is a separate warrant of unknown purpose out there for him as well. Glad he made the public apology and told us about all that therapy he’s getting.
I know there were a few posters here who thought we should grab him when the price was low. Maybe involve the Rockets and we can get Kevin Porter too. |
