He might not even opt out next year.

GS may be unable to retain Moody and or Kuminga. Maybe the Knicks can obtain one of those young wings to be what we hoped Cam would be

Hope he comes out on top. If he could beat it with effort, he’d already be good as new.

He lead by example? That little ****er was a trip and drove his coaches crazy!
Dude was like a little crack head just running his mouth but he lead by being pound for pound one of the best athletes I have ever see in the NBA. He did some amazing ****!...
Blocking Yao Mings shot had to be an all time highlight!
He'll beat this thing as what ever ails him will be annoyed and just leave his body!

Prayers for the great Nate. A fun highlight of some of the darkest Knick years.

And Dikembe has a brain tumor. Along with Nate was a moment of joy occasionally in the long desert years. Heal well….

Great! Thought Chuck was wanting out soon, glad to see he's sticking around. Hate him when he's talking Knicks, but pretty entertaining otherwise!

Can do without Shaq...I miss Chris Webber.

It all works with all of them. 10 mil a year is good for an 8 month gig and 3-4 days a week?
Charles an always retire anytime he wants. Doubt he stays all 10 given his comments but at least they are settled on TNT.
LIV golf was calling and offering good money for him to switch. Charles doing Golf? might have worked.

Watching a chippy Boston/Philly game. Harden looks like he has his mojo back.
Playing more confidently than last season. Even his body language is better.

That’s where we missed on tari Eason — he was the 6-8 225 pounder who could defend Tatum or brown.

The East is way tougher this year. The Knicks can be significantly improved and still win around the same # of games as last season

Just watching the Celtics Philly game got me thinking that the elimination of the take foul rule is going to be huge. There will be a huge uptick in fast break scoring and really make it difficult for the likes of Mitchell Robinson to stay on the court by the all star break. Things will slow down in the post season but it will become apparent in a month that until the Knicks start Obi at center they will be giving up an unsustainable amount of fast break points. It will be a month later and Zach Lowe will write a big piece discussing how that little rule change has effected the NBA.

Your suggesting that Mitch, who as a 5 plays in the paint on defense should be defending fast breaks?
His offensive rebound will alter some breaks from occurring. His length discourage as well.

Knicks were 7th if giving opponents fast break points.

this "every team got better" narrative is trash
Boston didnt get better, they lost their coach and Williams is out for a long time
Cha has the most miserable offseason like ever
Chi ran it back except now it looks like Lonzo is out for who knows how long
Milw/Mia/Phili are status quo
You got some teams like the Knicks who havent proven ****.. Orl/Det/Wash, hey imagine all star seasons from Beal/KP?
Pacers are meh... the Haliburton love affair is gross with you all

Knicks def improved more than most teams in the East running back the young guys from last year and shoring up their biggest holes. I think most are underrating the roster depth and Thib's coaching (which is fine)... makes the winning even better

Its a narrative I have heard on many podcasts of late. JVG said it, and This morning on Windhorsts agreed knicks are better but so is the comp.
Boston got Brogdon which is a big piece.
Philly got PJ tucker, Harrald, and a better Beard.
Miami is not improved, but not worse.
Toronto is a year mature
Clevland got better with Mitchell.
Milwaukee? Not sure they got better or worse.
ATL got Murry. Wiz got a bit deeper, a healthy Beal and maybe KP.
Bulls? LOL Not.
Nets? They have No vax Kyrie from day one. THey have Simmons. No team has a higher ceiling and the lowest floor perhaps.
Magic got Bancharo and Issac is back.

Nets got spanked by the Pelicans. Ingram looks like he's 50, but he isnt playing that way. Its early, but they look like they could reach the ECF.
