Fucking of course. Because why wouldn't it end this way. Missed FT, missed rebound, for another opposing player to crush us with their career high.

Painful.

If you watch the play you will see Randle throw an elbow before the shove by Johnson.

Yep. Completely unnecessary from Randle. He instigated it, then cracks. Mentally fragile.

I didn't even bother watching last nights game because as soon as I seen not only Burks at starting PG but most importantly Evan Fournier @ starting SG?

I wanted absolutely nothingness to do with watching this game. I was tired from watching all the NFL draft coverage and wanted to enjoy a good sleep instead of staying up for that crap.

Keep on playing "Evan Fournier" big minutes and we'll continue to allow 115+ points to a team without both lead guards in CP3 and Devin Booker.

I didn't watch the game but from reading this thread we were up 5 with only 2 minutes left and still lost the game?

#The tank is real.

Well.

At least McBride got to play a whooping 7 minutes.

Why aren't you watching for the other guys? I hate both Burks and Fournier too but there are other guys.

Clutch loss! The lack of PG continues to kill us but our defense has really taken a huge dive. They are simply not playing or closing out hard enough. Kudos to Cam Johnson but he had a ridiculous amount of wide open threes where the defender simply lost him. I guess it's human nature not to try your hardest when you are out of it but it's still not a good sign to see guys quit.

RJ shot poorly but I still want him to take command and run the team as the alpha. Good game by Mitch against Ayton. Had two big plays with the tip in and block there at the end too. Reddish had some nice plays. Sucks he isn't getting 25 minutes at this point. I kinda knew game was over when Fournier and Burks came back in.

Good to see Deuce get some time but he did nothing. Looked like Frank out there.

Frustrating, depressing season. But tanking will bring us to a #8 pick. Enjoy the ride.

Did not run the team at all. Played off the ball and stood in the corner. Got burned on D by Payne a few times too.

Thibs played him as a SG and parked him in the corner like he does Cam and Obi. So he pretty much did nothing while Quick played PG.

It's our defensive scheme. We prioritize protecting the lane so much that we overcommit on any possible drive which leaves 3pt shooters open. This Thibs D worked in the past because teams were not as good at shooting as they are these days. So we get burned by 3's every single game now because he will never make an actual change.

There was a stat mentioned in January that said the knicks defense hasn't gotten worse but rather teams are just hitting their open shots at a 10% better clip than they did last year. last year opposing teams shot 31% on open looks, this year it was 41%.

Now that’s brilliant
