What did Phil say when we drafted Frankie ? He pleaded for patience before frank ever stepped foot on a NBA floor.after all the doubt, Now he just became the youngest Knick ever to score 20 points and have 10 assists in a single game.

This year esp the past few months frank has turned a corner he’s looking more and more like a two way PG, should he start? Yes without question he is in our future not elf who will probably be on another team next year.

Lots of young PG’s take time to develop perfect example is Kyle lowry who Looked like a bust for 3 years.

The defense was always there for frank and lately he’s been looking really solid on offense .

Super excited for frank you can tell he’s really put in the work this year.

Frank had shown signs in recent weeks and months but that damn groin sidetracked him. Anyway, the rush to condemn this kid to Bustville was brazen and mean spirited -- my guess is it was Phil collateral. Anyway, those of us who defended him weren't saying he was great, just to give a teenager a f@#king chance. Still don't know where he'll end up but as a Knick fan love to see this benchmark of progress.

Oh, and he's 21.

I am happy that frank is playing well like tonight but let's not overreact, frank finally scored 20 points and took frank almost 3 years to do score that much. There been faults from both sides regarding frank development lets not act like both side haven't wet the bed . The bottom line is this frank has show this ability to score and pass like this more often like tonight , no more excuses frank.

Be honest -- you're not happy he played well.

Cylde frazier said same thing on tonight game frank has play like this more often not every once in while.

NO shyt. I love Clyde but he is also a big pompous and reactionary at times. He earned that right. But....reality is players improving are not consistent. SO to say “even Clyde said so.....”. Well thats obvious. You look for activity.. Knox has been far more aggressive of late. For him to improve that has to happen first. He has to break thru and be brave in the face of it not working. so easy to say “He needs to be confident”......20k people in the house and far more on tv and to keep shooting in the face of misses while people are screaming........tough biz!!!

Yes, For Frank to elevate he needs nights like this which is a hopeful prerequisite to consistency.

+1000 I think if frank keeps this up we need to re-evaluate drafting a PG with our top pick our other glaring hole is at SF .

We are not good enough to draft per position needs. We need to draft future allstar talent, regardless of position.

Yup, plus Frank can play with other PGs just fine. Should still take a good long look at someone like Haliburton. Being able to lineup 2 6'5 7ft wing span guards with Mitch in the middle down the line could be something. Same principals why I felt Knicks should have targeted SGA at the draft.

Ha ha!

this is awesome!!

there were a couple of times last night where i was like, "Who is that dude with the headband" Needed to rub my eyes make sure i wasn't seeing things

Consistently good defense is enough for me to put him in our core youth. More consistent offense and he can be a real contributor

And let's be honest with ourselves. When frank shoots a three, and Elfrid shoots a three, who do you expect to hit it. Now both suck in that department, but if you're honest you'd say Elfrid's shot is so off and needs so much work. frank IMO just needs confidence

Yay Frank! You're better than Shabazz Napier and Gary Payton III and you proved it!

No but seriously, good game for Frankie. Loving the aggression on offense. Call your own number Frank!

For me, its more about the aggressiveness he is showing. Regardless of the results he is finally showing to be an NBA player on offense. Credit must be given to Miller and who ever is influencing his game speed. He has never looked like he had this in him. He is starting to look like he has that variable to shine in today's NBA.

No need to crap on UConn great Shabazz Napier and GP III is a great defender. Both legit NBA players, just not on the level of my boy Frank hahaha you can't compare flashlights to a star.
