Tired I think
No. They are switching on purpose
Yeah, Frank was doing this early in the game. Maybe it's part of the position-less basketball philosophy. Everybody needs to be able to guard every position.
Works because of Frank's size and wingspan...Mudiay might be able to do it, too(Has the size...does he have the toughness?)...not sure it works with Burke.
I expect they will things differently with Trey in the lineup.
I think Mudiay is tough enough. But he needs to do a better job recogning the right reads staying on his feet and focusing. I agree about Burke. The positive with Burke is that he gave solid effort. Hope he continues that.
I though Burke played tough 1/1 D last year...I like the fact that he stayed in front of his man well. Much less effective on pick and roll D, but I think he is strong for his size. He has an attitude, which I like. In that way he reminds me of Isiah Thomas when he was with Boston.
Mudiay has the size and length to be a good defender...the brains, we will see, but I've always though he played weaker on a switch than he should. We will see.
EnySpree: Can we agree to agree not to mention Phil Jackson and triangle for the rest of our lives?
