There may well indeed be Melo lovers. But there is a third category as well. They're in the "can you really not let Melo go 15 mins after a road win?' camp.

It was a tough summer for that third category of posters. A lot if really good posters have left the board because of all the bashing. Hopefully they start to come back.

Have to disagree. There were some brutal threads over the summer. And guys have come back that used to post here and have stated why they don't post anymore.

there are brutal threads on EVERY site. You have to have thicker skin. For the most part we have good posters. Personally i like posters who are more objective and will point out issues, weaknesses, small criticisms etc.. however they are still loyal knick fans

But seriously, you can disagree with posting based on assumptions and speculations a d bring it back up when it turns out that the speculations and assumptions were wrong right? I was totally wrong about the Bargs trade. You had it right on day 1. I hate Bargs now but I was very wrong at the time of the trade.

As a basketball player i deal with criticisms constantly só i do the same thing as a fan watching because i see the upside the team has

You said it yourself, he's AVERAGING around his career figures. Which means tonight's 0 has no predictive value for the next game or any other game. He's gonna have his 5s and his 4s and his 3s and 2s etc…

You're fixating over something that doesn't represent his game, because what's most interesting to you in a road game won is a poor showing in one or two statistical categories.

that is not interesting to me tonight, its what I care about every game. If he has a good passing, I call it out too. I am fixating on melo's passing and have been for too long.

every season I go into it with new hope that this is going to be the year that Melo realizes what he needs to get to the next level and becomes the unselfish player that we need him to be.

Melo is not going to change as a player. All YOU'RE doing is defiantly looking to repeat the same dynamic here night in and night out.

Knicks as a team HAVE changed. Good things are occurring. A couple of us are stuck in the past 4 years.
