Really surprised at how much emotions are stirred when his name is mentioned for some. Again, a Knick won an award from the league yesterday and a guy that was here for a short time, left for money and had his first good game in awhile has a 5 page thread about it. Just don't get it.CrushAlot wrote:First good game in a while and this thread is 5 pages already and still no threads about a knick getting player of the week. at this point lin and his fans make me sick if you guys want to write about him go to the rockets board. |

![]() What the heck is going on with these new posters? A lot of personal attacks if someone disagrees with their point of view. Might actually start using the ignore feature.

Haha they're new. They'll come around Amen Andrew! It's not that hard to just ignore but you can't help it. Lin is a touchy subject because there will always be those who will never forget Linsanity and those who want to forget but every time Linsanity returns it unlocks those deep rooted feelings which lead to feelings of sadness Linsanity was awesome. I don't think I will ever experience something as awesome in sports again Anyway back to the Rangers game. Not as depressing |

![]() Linsanity was probably the last time I sat down and watched a Knicks game like I meant it,
what a great time to be alive. Honestly, we haven't mattered since. The Will, check out the Official Home of Will's GameDay Art: http://tinyurl.com/thewillgameday

![]() I'd say 6 pages. Which will become 15 pages in a few days is pretty interesting!

![]() Watching Lin in the OKC v. Houston game right now. I know, I know, I've said this before but . . . Lin's a crafty guard and I'm still surprised that McHale (and/or Harden) hasn't figured out how to make better use of his skills. His defensive skills are little less honed than Beverley's but he's arguably a better team defender and he's clearly better than Beverley on the offensive end. Nope, his skills don't mesh well with Harden's (and Harden is a significantly better player than Lin overall, doh) but Lin's court sense and his ability to be mentally a half-step ahead of everyone else (not to mention that he's scored over Durant a few times) makes me hope he gets to run a team when he leaves Houston.
Yeah, okay, it's weird to still be talking about a player who left years ago but . . . |

![]() Maybe we'll eventually get bored of Lin . . . and someone can post a Lavor Postell update, surely he's up to something.

Stop making excuses for Lin. He's a nice player, a starter on middle of the pack and bad teams, a bench player on really good teams. By using your same logic, Westbrook should be coming off the bench as well since Reggie Jackson is a much better fit next to Durant....But Westbrook ain't coming off the bench because OKC doesn't look at Westbrook as a back up.... |
