this also makes the tyson chandler deal even worse. overpaid, overrated, and the reason you lost the amnesty.
option a: trade melo + chandler this summer.
option b: don't trade either and be stuck in purgatory hell for the next 2 seasons.
which one does dolan choose?
Melo is still living off the Boston playoff performance from 2yrs ago and absolved from giving the ball up in a clutch situation to the worst offensive player maybe in NBA history same series. That was a moment though when "you need a go to player to take a last shot gotta have a star or a Melo"
It's been nothing but extreme sacrifices, injuries, excuses, failure..... since acquiring Amar'e and Melo
Yes, that and actually going to the playoffs, being first in the division, blah blah blah. Failures failures failures.
I much preferred watching our yoots miss entire seasons due to back injuries and getting routinely blown out by 20-30 points. Nate shooting at the wrong basket. Brings tears to my eyes. Wondering what second round wonder pick IT was going to orchestrate for us. Or wondering who was in Danphoney's dog house and why. Keeping track of our cap space was always great too!
And the Eddy Curry watch, preceded by the Jerome James pie eating contests. Those were always fun.
