Knicks should be ashamed...kept Prigs in too long. and JR is playing like bad JR. Cant let a young team get confidence. Now they are gonna have to work.

When Shump comes back, who does he replace in the lineup - Kidd or Brewer? (Or does he come off the bench with JR?)

I've been wondering the same thing. When he first comes back it'll take a little while for him to be ready to play starter's minutes anyway so he should be coming off the bench. But, when he's healthier to log more minutes is more interesting. On the one hand, it would be nice if Kidd could be moved to the bench so we would have someone who can run the offense capably for the 2nd unit. On the other hand, taking Kidd's shooting out of the starting lineup isn't ideal and surrounding Melo with a bunch of non-shooters is why Denver never really went anywhere.

My guess/hope is that once everyone is healthy our current starting lineup will stay the same and our second unit will consist of Camby, Amare, Novak, JR, and Shumpert with Sheed playing spot minutes and JR and Shump splitting duty as the backup point guard.

Prigs might have to sit down til the 4th quarter tonight..can't risk him coming in early and squandering the lead again.

Well, when Shump and Amare get bak we will see less Prigs and less Rasheed, possibly no Camby. Knicks will be fine. From what I have seen this season, they do not apply 100% defense till the 4th. I think most of their leads and double digit wins have been generated in the 4th as a result.

Yep really looking forward to Shump returning so Kidd can run the 2nd unit and nail Prigs to the end of the bench. There will be no drop off in play whatsoever going to the 2nd unit
