Good
- Ray looked great hitting five 3pters
- Defense stepped it up in the 2nd half
- Copeland again played very well on offense AND defense
- Prigoni is a nice passer but an even better defender who gets a lot of steals

Bad
- Melo forced a lot of 3pters trying to play "hero ball". SMH. He needs to STOP shooting and take it to the hole
- Novak had some nice 2 dribble moves who was off tonight
- Kidd looks half asleep and done
- Kurt is a thug; simply good for 6 fouls and thats it
- Brewer cant shoot or play offense (we knew that) but his defense wasnt that good. If he doesnt offer defense then he offers nothing
- Team defense and def rebounding played horribly. Once again, gave up TOO many wide open threes. Jason richardson and nick young are good but not THAT good
- Worst of all - this team without STAT looked stagnant (like it did last yr). Melo must learn to kick out the ball when double-teamed

Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

Copeland looked fine to tonight in the 3rd/4th.

I think if Copeland has another good game on Wednesday, coach has to think about starting him til amare get's back. He's adding spacing and scoring to the offense with crippling us on Defense. It's the proverbial Win/Win!!

Melo still doesnt trust his team. In order for him to get to taht next level his has to kick the ball out. I mean melo si great at drawing defense to him all he has to do is kick out the ball

Are you serious with not trusting the team. He was throwing the ball out all night long minus a few occasions. If its only hero ball when you miss why not call Novak out. If you are open and in the flow off the offense there is nothing wrong with taking the open shot.

You said he has to kick the ball out and he did teammates just missed shots and he still kicked it out. Did he rush some 3s off of steals when the momentum was up yes and most players do. He just missed. He was driving most the night though and playing the right way but it is what it is.

oh yea, but I think some are getting way carried away with him... he is playing hard trying to make the team and doing well... but I really don't see a rotation player here yet... but we are thin so who knows..

and that was "awesome"... ok, so please tell me what was jason richardson... who not only shot well, almost 50%, but had 7 boards,6 dimes, 2 steals and a block as well?

again, this is the typical, melo stunk up the joint so let me get with the " he did other things so well" hype machine...

Am I reading the box score correctly? Did Tyson Chandler play 38 minutes in a PRESEASON game? Did MDA get hired back? What the **** happened?
