Thats a good deal for Orlando especially if they can move Hedo in that deal. It seems like they need to move Dwight and reset no matter where they send him.

Adrian Wojnarowski ‏@WojYahooNBA
So far, this is true: Orlando hasn't seen an offer from any team that it believes is enough to seriously consider trading Howard now.

Adrian Wojnarowski ‏@WojYahooNBA
There isn't great enthusiasm within Magic that the Nets have the ability to make the most appealing offer for Dwight Howard, sources tell Y!

For Nets-Magic to progress on a Dwight Howard deal, a 3rd team needed to take Kris Humphries in a sign-and-trade, league source tells Y!

I think its bad. Not enough valuable pieces. Chandler and Amar'e is better to me but if I am the GM. I would be on the phone with Houston trying to make a 3 team deal. They need a star price to go along with their young assets.

Houston- Howard, Hedo, and filler

Orlando - Amar'e, Lowery, Martin,White/Jones, and future pick (s)

NY - Anderson, Parsons, filler, and 2nd rounder.

Crazy maybe but that's a great trade. If Orlando wants more space NY gets Martin and Orlando gets Parsons. Martin comes off the book soon so they might take him.

Houston is willing to trade Howard even without him extending because they will have cap room and a trade chip. Also Orlando can get 2 guys coming back home.

Ken Berger ‏@KBergCBS
Since the Nets are using the non-taxpayer mid-level, their payroll cannot exceed $74M under new rules.

The Nets will use the non-taxpayer mid-level to sign Bosnian Mirza Teletovic: 3 years, $15.675M. Means no mid-level for Jason Kidd.

Think they are trying to sabotage the Knicks sign and trade for Nash?

its a strategy move, they can't trade Fields with a sign and trade now. If they match they must keep Fields, can't trade him.

I don't think we ever had a realistic shot with that trade offer.
We would have a better shot attempting to trade for Beasley with Twolves with Kahn's love for PG's.
He just might feel buying TD with a few role players and 2016 pick would be a decent trade.

Word. And any shot we had is now gone. I'd love Nash on this team but not for Shump..who is the only other young piece Phoenix would want. Maybe other than Lin

Howard Beck via Twitter: Also worth noting: Fields can't sign until 7/11, so if Suns really wanted him in s&t for Nash, that could theoretically still be done.

So I guess either the Raps GM doesn't know his CBA very well or he just really likes Fields and thinks Rookie Fields was the real deal and last year was just a soph slump?

SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT - Jason Terry to the Celtcs

Marc J. Spears ‏@SpearsNBAYahoo

Celtics are in final discussions on terms of a multi-year deal with Mavericks free agent guard Jason Terry, sources tells Yahoo! Sports.

anyone who thought the Celtics were going away can officially stop now. they and the nets are gonna be quite good. Knicks better do something. and by something, i don't mean trading shumpert for nash.
