Hopefully D'Antoni changes his substitution scheme in playoffs..he has to understand it's easier to hold on to a lead then to come back from a deficit. If Melo is rolling..leave him in..let us push a lead..take him out for 2 minutes..bring him back in.

Defense will always allow you to stay in a ball game, even if your shots aren't falling. This is why a coach's philosophy cannot be completely offensive oriented like it is with D'antoni.
