Yeah, he sounds like Hubie Brown on crack.

got me thinking of this guy

I really miss that show....

Yeah me too. I guess Dave's just smoking some primo weed and chilling out. He hasn't done any television or big screen stuff since Chapelle's Show. But he's doing a movie in 2011 or something.

At least we get to see him in something. I wish he would do what used to be on HBO more often, comedy specials. He could do something like that without the pressures of putting on a weekly show.

Game turned when Mason and Walker shot bricks and than the ballhandling went to sht. Gallo please step up and can we go deeper into the bench and let mason sit--he scks--line drive jumpshot and a very willing shooter!! Break out Shwane Willimas!

Man that's Leo Rautins! I actually was noticing how kind he's been towards the Knicks. He's been pointing out the good things the team was doing and also giving little scouting reports on the Knicks players strengths.

The Knicks need to calm down and execute better on offense. The Raps are getting a lot of easy transition baskets. Without our mistakes they wouldn't be able to score so easily.

It's not Leo Rautins (Leo does the half time stuff and occasionally color commentary. It's Jack Armstrong and yes he is a bit annoying.

Amare should feast but who else will step up for us? I also expect one of toronto's scrubs to go off on us as well, probably Weems.

oh wow, you in Toronto?

Yep. DJ sent me here to keep a watchful eye on Bargnani to make sure that he doesn't spark up a bromance with anyone else lol. I don't think anyone in the city is excited to see the Raptors start their season.

I was in toronto twice over the summer. beautiful city!

Thanks, yeah its a great city. It's no NYC but I love it here. Did you get to enjoy the nightlife?

On a basketball note, we need to get Amare in the PnR and get Gallo more looks. Also I was disappointed that D'antoni played Mason. I hope he doesnt continue play him like Jeffries and say he's a "glue guy."

Some quick halftime observations:

Fields is playing very good on both sides of the ball. Maybe even better.
Felton is an upgrade playing ok. Faster than I thought.
Chandler playing vey good.
Douglas is insane on defense and very fast on both sides of the ball. Much faster. He was probably our best player.
Gallo - Just didn't hit his shots, not playing bad.
Stat - A force that is forcing it a bit. Can't do that with all the doubles.
Walker and Mason - Keep them out, they played poorly.
Mosgov - A productive 3 minutes

Once Walker and Mason came in that really killed things. We are playing pretty well but still having trouble rebounding the ball. We played excellent defense in that first quarter and started the second well but then things just fell apart with the subbing. It was when Amare was off the court. Him and Douglas are go to guys. Really, Douglas gets his shot - he is faster than last year. Fields is playing very very smart, like a top 10 pick. It's nice to see Felton running out there. He loses control a bit but the guy is flying around (and it doesn't look it cause of his size.).

He seems to get in foul trouble real fast, they're probably making sure he can play he in the 4th.

absolutely shocked that MDA pulled both of those guys off the bench to come in at the same time. Fields almost went entire end of first quarter and at least half of 2nd without playing.

I am all for playing a bigger bench, but not when that bench is caca. And I am back onto the Bill Walker sucks bandwagon (not that I got off it). But if all he can do is hit a 3PT shot only once in a while, he is for ****.

On another note... Eddie House did a Q-Rich. Lost 20-30 lbs, looking svelte and trim. Can't wait for Curry to leave sohe can drop 40 lbs

Gosh, I never realized how relaxed Amare is on defense. I swear his aggression completely evaporates and he moves twice as slow as he does on offense.

do you know what the Raptor fan base think about him? I could imagine that they either love him kinda like we love Clyde or they're just annoyed with him
