Bender looks awkward out there. And calls his own # way too often on offense when he should be passing the ball. He is worse than AL Harrington as a ball stopper.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

If we want to talk about 'one-trick-pony', I think Al Harrington is poster child. In the sense that Al does one thing-- shoot, hog, and anti-flow. Is fun to watch when he is on fire, but if he's not, you just don't have a basketball player.

Rules are mostly for the weak-character jerk-people. If someone shows they are winning-brain, you let him work how he want to work.

I get sad if I, in a leadership position, have to enforce any type of bureaucracy on my squad. Is sad.

if i'm the boss of a company, i practice what i preach... i don't tell my workers to stop chit chatting on their cell phones during work hours & then go & break my own rules & do it myself, especially when the company is still in the red for the fiscal year & the recent upturn in sales has still not gotten us to turn a profit yet.

hey, if you want to mindlessly apply and enforce the same rules on every single worker regardless of merit, good luck to you. is recipe for disaster.

MDA didn't put the Knicks in the red, that was entirely the doing of another man or mans. Donnie is letting the man work and he is working, which is more than can be said for Nate, who, instead of working, is putting on a crappy sitcom when he plays.

What I preach as boss is the bottom line, and if the workers that get me to the optimal bottom line want to smoke cigarettes inside their office or in their truck, you do that.

Cigarettes are bad example here, but it illustrates my point. MDA, if anything, is only guilty of healthy networking.

what are u talking about? if ur the boss & enforce a set of rules on any worker u better be ready to follow them urself... what's so difficult to understand here? don't give me this ambassador of the franchise garbage... so players don't play a role in recruiting other players to come to a team? what's the difference between what Nate did with Dwight & what MDA was doing w/Tony Parker? this has nothing to do w/Nate's benching btw, i agree that Nate needed to be disciplined for his idiotic posing & antics during games, but getting on his case for yucking it up w/guys on other teams before games & then doing the same thing yourself is disingenuous & hypocritical... MDA should know better.

After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

I don't know what your agenda is in this argument, but I can't go on because you are viewing it one-dimensionally. You are a logical one-trick-pony in this case, Friend TMS. I so sorry. But come on, comparing Nate to MDA?

Also, you are assuming that Nate yucking it up was the sole reason he was benched. It was an aggregate of his antics over 2 seasons.

Duhon is not being a floor general out there. He is running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

I am very happy we are still hanging at this point, 81-80. In the olden days, we would be out of this, by far.

We keep it close to the end, good things happen, yes?
