wow this thread is unbelievable. you people are WTFO (wilding the f**k out). and yes by “you people” i mean you village people!!!”

first of all while i do agree with the sentiment of f**k canada (as all south park fans do) i think first and foremost the blame for this situation has to go where it truly belongs – on larry “the hemorrhoid of misery ” brown. to wit:

larry brown has always had a serious problem with his judgement when it comes to how he deals with people. ask folks in nj, detroit, denver, nyc, etc. it's not soemthing incidental imo - it's greatly lowered his overall effectiveness and legacy as a coach.

yeah, why should anyone have to put up with his crap when there are so many losing coaches with sweet hearts.

his firing effectively ended the relationship between the knicks and myself...

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

see? that bastard breeds alienation and discord everywhere he goes.

secondly what is with the notion that you can’t switch teams over the course of a lifetime? man it’s a game of passion, and if your passion happens to migrate over time onto another team, that makes you exactly what(???) in terms of being a fan? we’re gonna legislate sports passion now on this site? man, i personally went from the celtics to the knicks – only thing more severe would have been if i went to the lakers!

and in terms of these knicks, i’ve sat through games at the garden over the last several years that were more masochistic than going to a barbra streisand concert! I particularly remember sitting next to dj for the most soul-killing of all games where chris paul (as a rookie!) and his teammates picked our pockets in the backcourt 3 straight times and then did uncontested highlight alley-oop conversions against us while we stood around AND WATCHED THEM from halfcourt!

i’m not playing gamepicker this year because, unlike the past several seasons, i no longer wanted to just take the sting off of how f’g bad this team was by at least being able to PREDICT just how f’g bad the team was going to be.

so who in the blue faloup can’t relate to the cat and his reactions???

but the bigger and more troubling question is this – wtf is with the jergens??? haven’t you cats ever heard of petroleum-based products for the love of al f’g goldstein????

i thought you were still using ben gay...

Canada is a place where you get cheap medicine, cheap booze and cigarettes. It is a providence of the U.S. that no really cares about. We pretend to accept them as a equal nation because we love John Candy and Micheal J. Fox and we find their quirky humor entertaining. Jewel has a nice bod and it's feels great to make fun of Celine Dion.

I hear this rumor that Steve Nash invented basketball up there too. So they get points for that too but overrall... **** Canada.

Oh My I said I would have traded Kobe not just let him walk away for nothing and by my count Shaq has won a chip since leaving the Lakers and Kobe hasn't.

Exactly. You'd have dumped Kobe and kept Shaq. LoLz.

You know what's funny about it all? You're all down on MDA because its gimmick ball, but the only team you've been big on since your Bulls was GS with Nellie ball. lolz.

A dumping of Kobe equals major assets acquired. Shaq was a Damon Jones Brain fart from winning possibly 2 Chips. When Kobe equals the score Holla at Me until then you need to leave this alone.

I was high on Baron, Biendrins, and Monta and their ability to have an upset element to them but was never a fan of Nellie Ball. Golden State's accomplishments centered around making it to post-season. I figure ours centers around Championship. Very chitty play this yr from Baron... probably a mix of things with him but he deserves major criticism. I would never REBUILD a team structured around this philosophy. Never! I wanted Phx to win it all 2yrs ago. It's entertaining to a point and after seeing them fail along with Golden State it would only be wise as a fan to shy away from it. Since we are winning not strictly playing this style I have guarded optimism our coach can maintain adjusting his methods. This of which I was calling for a month ago.

At the same time much kudos should be given to the players that weren't worth coaching. Coach can't get all the credit now? Although I'd trade some players while their value might possibly be high.

I like Baron, Monta, and Biendrins as talents still but Nellie and SSOL ball can take a hike.

You guys can say Chris Bosh is a superstar but last night he got used against Howard. I think Lebron and Wade are the true difference makers in the 2010 class. Danny Granger imo is a better player than Bosh and we could have drafted him

bosh is much better than Lee but he wont bring a championship like wade or James can. I would rather have Lee for 10 and another player than Bosh for 17

Woah, woah, woah.

You were vehemently AGAINST the drafting of Granger even saying he had a questionable work ethic.

Don't say now that we should have drafted him. I was one of the VERY FEW people on this board that was gaga over Granger and nearly every post I made about him, you shot me down.

Was King even a member before we drafted Lee? I thought Lee and Granger were from the same draft.

After he was drafted and was playing well with Indiana, I was obviously tooting my own horn and King would tell me that he didn't want Granger because of his questionable work-ethic. If he would have said his knee worries me, I would have said thats a legit excuse, but he was more concerned with his work-ethic and how he was never going to be good.

Gotcha. I remember there was lotsa Granger hype here. He certainly looks like a better pick than Channing "Threatening to be an All-Star" Frye. Granger skipped the threats and went straight to All-Star.

You have lost your mind on Granger. I never joined this forum until after the draft and Danny and David have the same agent and are buddies.

King.. please don't make start looking in the old threads, because I have remembered this ever since you dissed my boy Granger.

And as I just explained, it was after the draft when I was tooting my own horn for wanting Granger and you were telling me he has questionable work-ethic.

Have you not read what I said. I was saying AFTER the season started that we should have drafted Granger because he was playing well and you would tell me time and again that Granger has questionable work-ethic and that he wasn't going to amount to a great player.

that's cuz he doesn't have the size to take a bruiser like Dwight down low... Eddy Curry played even up on Dwight on a couple occasions if i recall correctly... it's not about being a great player or not, it's just not a great matchup for a guy like Bosh... Bosh is every bit as talented a player as Dwight Howard, they just play a different style of game.
