All I am asking for is get a guard that can shoot, I think we are asleep at the wheel on that. I dont care if they trade Lee or not I know it is a business but I want him with the Knicks

GF I apologize I just take things personal with David because he is my guy. He loves NYork and wants to be here when they win. He has been through some crap and doesnt want to leave when they can see light at the end of the tunnel

If you apologize, then I apologize as well.

I understand you like Lee but to me nobody on this team is untouchable. If Lee gets traded, so be it. I'm still gonna love my team like before. And it depends what he gets traded for. There will be some good offers out there. If we are able to make a move that helps out future and/or saves us money then we have to do it. Lee is not worth $10 million a year. You may disagree but that's the bottom line. Something is going to need to be done.

that maybe true & i agree, David Lee has played himself into a bigger contract because of the success he's had this season... but i think that only benefits the Knicks in terms of his trade value if anything... there are plenty of teams out there interested in him & i think Donnie is looking to cash in on that value... i understand u wanting to see ur guy succeed in NY... believe me none of us just wanna get rid of him because we don't like him... i wouldn't mind at all if Donnie could figure out a way for him to stay by trading Curry or Fishlips, i just think that's not gonna be likely, at least not this season... Curry needs to get back into shape & show he can be productive again before a team will be willing to give us anything but garbage contracts for him.

Yeah, you got that right, nothing else to be said.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Lee outta here in the next 7 weeks. Probably for our benefit. I like the kid but he can't carry a team yet his boxscores will dictate a contract befitting of a player that should be able to carry a team.

Let someone else wonder why he can't do it based on a huge contract.

Sad, but, true... it's just about time to move on from David Lee sad to say. I really think it's about to happen.
