The Knicks had serious discussions with the Warriors about a trade involving Eddy Curry and Al Harrington, but talks ended when Golden State insisted that they receive David Lee in the deal as well.

It's a reasonable request by them. I wouldn't actually give them Lee but I said earlier that we'd have to give them a huge sweetner if we wanted them to take on the extra years on Eddy's contract.

Not fair at all unless they give us one of theyr young players or a first round pick.

Its gonna be so tough for Walsh to make a fair trade...

Do you not understand the salary differences between Al and Eddy? They're giving up the better player with the better contract.
