... the Houston contract was horrible... it certainly didn't help... then again, the same can be said about all of Layden's deals.

Ignore him, tkf. The man/kid can't go a sentence without making a spelling error, no matter how many times he hits the edit feature. He's apparently threatened by anyone with an education.

All I'm saying is that as GM Scott layden is responsible for all transactions that happen in the organization. Dolan can scream all he wants....Layden is the one working the phones and giving out contracts.....

exactly, plus dolan admitted that he knows nothing about basketball, that is why he hired so called basketball people to make good decisions, and layden gets paid over 4 mil per year!!! He is supposed to make good decisions and take the fall for the teams failures, and so far he has been atrocious, there is no going around that!!!

IMO, Scott LayDown and Dolan Both need to go. LayDown doesn't have the vertebrae to make the moves needed to improve the team. He should tell Dolan how it's gonna go down or threaten to walk and let Dolan find another patsy to humiliate. Period.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

jazz didn't draft eisley, t-wolves did then waived him.........jazz signed him out of the cba which is a pretty good find considering he wasn't even in the league at the time, he was a valuable part of 2 teams that went to the finals.....eisley for the jazz was actually a good move by layden. eisley with the knicks? well that's a different story

Look if NJ signs Kidd, and milwaukee keeps payton, and detroits number two pick pans out, indy, philly and boston continue there ways thats 6 teams already better than the knicks next season. Of cousr i will see guys thinking we will win the finals next season but with Mcdeyes out till what january? i doubt adding chris kayman, and some scrub with the exemption gets us one of the last two spots. Orlando will improve with a full seaon of Gooden, toronto if carter comes back healthy .........so what does this mean....three straight season of lottery........................that means the knicks suck from Dolan down to the Water boy no one is exempt, especially Scott layden. And what Layden has done in Utah is mediocre at best. I gav a list of 6 years he drafted in the first round of guys who pump gas at Exxon now. so please, but staying in the current time, I can't wait to hear the 9th selection in the draft
