I just want to see where the forum is now. To get Eddy and the Bulls' pick (23rd right now) and Antonio Davis, we gave up the 2nd pick in the 2006 draft, another likely lottery pick, 2 early 2nd round picks, and 2 expiring contracts. From the Knicks' perspective, the trade was

A Disaster

where's Yao?

Not there. I went through pretty quick. Also this isn't a numbers thing. There are some guys that are there that I am not sure about(a guys like Brand, Jermaine, Duncan) are very multidimensional. I tried to stick to guys who are classified mainly as shotblockers/defenders. And honestly guys like that aren't KNOWN as shotblockers. I didn't want this conversation to get too deep. My point is there is, at least to me a pretty defined line between a shotblocker and an intimidator.

If we don't give up a top five pick, it's a great trade.

And if they do?

What if they give up the 6th pick?
If it didn’t work in Phoenix with Nash and Stoutamire... it’s just not a winning formula. It’s an entertaining formula, but not a winning one. - Derek Harper talking about D'Antoni's System

I'm fine with that. Curry is a beast.

He certainly has showed that lately, including tonight. Did he even play tonight? Couldn't tell.

If he scores and doesn't rebound, you kill him for not rebounding. He got 11 boards tonight. Teams are double and triple teaming him.

You mean we have to see how Brandon Roy and this year's lottery pick turn out. (There's really nothing to wait for anyway. The answer's already obvious to me. Roy alone is better than our feces center.)

LOL

I have to agree 100% Curry has regressed. He's a child whom will never become the man Knicks need.
NEVER!

Convinced NY can win without Curry whom is a Lard in post-paint and offers no option to NBA offenses.
