The half time show with Earnie, Shaq, Kenny and Charles were brutally to Cav's! If the shoe was on the other foot we'd be calling them out for hating. It was funny as hell to not be on the side of things. Putting a banner up "Taylor swift came to a game" was awful! But funny!

I fell a sleep with 3 min to go. Crazy they pulled their starters with over 7 min to go. Happy nobody got hurt.

Props to Leon who built this team in a way few could have predicted. Only Deuce and Mitch are draft picks by knicks in the rotation. The picks used were trade fodder. Instead we used the vast capital to consolidate into proven commodities that still had upside. Jalen was a gift from the gods but OG did not come cheap and Leon got ahead of a bidding contest and made it happen. While he did not embarass Massai Ujiri in the deal, it was a win win as we got a great starter and they got two good ones plus a pick that became Mogbo. Different objectives for each team and looks to be a win-win. Be much better if IQ can stay healthy. They over paid him but thats on them!

One more series to go! The optics are a mind ****! Nobody saw this historical ram shot thru the east playoff tournament coming and its really hard to ascertain how good we are vs. OKC/SAS. Can't really expect we sweep either as much as I doubt we get swept ourselves.
This is not 1999 were it was obvious Knicks making finals was wonderful but very low expectation to win it all vs. that SAS team in that moment.

What will Vegas think? Does the victor come out of the west in tact and healthy? Other than Mitch's mental health we looking good!

No need to get too bold, but I feel on firm footing when I say I consider us the favorites now against either team. I expect us to win the championship. If we can roll through either of them, cool, but it doesn't matter how we do it. I just believe we're better than both teams now.

We are definitely better than both teams. The issue is going to be officiating IMO. OKC is a fraud. SGA is a fraud. Most inflated stats I have seen in a minute. Avdija comes to mind but, this is next level BS we are seeing. 32pts on 36% shooting? How Sway?

In the short run Lakers were very good this year but Doncic AGAIN broke down. Somewhere Nico has a point. I said it would take 5 years to fully get the trade but thats one point for him.
What Dallas squandered was not fully using the assets properly putting Doncic out to bid in fear he'd use leverage by not resigning? They did ask MIlwaukee as part of a Giannis trade? Rumore was that was it.

I don't fault them for signing Kyrie. They got a good version of him. Good as he was he too broke down and cost double what they could have had Brunson for.

Jason Kidd? The Great Jason Kidd, HOF player and a pretty good coach could not advocate for them to keep Brunson? He had him in practice, coached him, saw what was possible and still they still traded him? Kidd has proven to be slimey dude and while they resigned him he really has no voice? For all the tank conspiracies and Silver blame look at the drafts where teams got it wrong. The draft is a trecherous place. Odds of lottery position matter but so does creating opportunities. The more you have the higher chance of being "Lucky". LIke Knicks get Mitch but wiffed on Knox.

During the playoffs I am not sure if Mitch has raised his value or not ? He has to play a specific back up role. He is not a starter or a big minute back up. He can't hit foul shots, he is good for us, but if he demands a big price tag I can see the team letting him go. Don't know if they even can sign and trade him, but they likely can obtain a above average back up thru free agency or the draft
