this game is pretty good right now.

i think both series will be good ball.

this year the conference finals are FAR more interesting than the past few, imho.

As much as I would like to see a Kobe vs. Lebron finals, I would like to see Orlando win. I am tired of this king James garbage, he hasn't won anything yet - I agree he probably will someday but it's not his time yet (hopefully in an NY uni not Cleveland). I just can't get excited about Cleveland. Plus when you watch it is still the lebron show, he looks like the only one who showed up on his team - just like early MJ and Kobe - I know he tries to get others involved but I think he still has some things to learn IMHO.

Oh no here goes Hedo. Mo got to show them why he was named an all-star secondary alternate selection now.

btw, knickerblogger.com mentioned today that the nba, despite what some say (dj su...i mean u! ) is actually the best product (which they will explain further later) of all the major sports...even though the nfl is most popular in the u.s.

ratings are up, apparently.

basically, we have some really great players in the nba right now and some teams are getting way more fun to watch than a few years ago.

orlando, and denver are WAY more fun to watch than even 1 year ago.

no boring ass s.a., utah or detroit in the conference finals either.

cleveland, even with lebron a few years ago in the finals, was not something i was too interested in.

it's kind of like if the hawks against the cavs. you know they would get swept.

I never got why most people never use worldwide ratings when discussing these things. The NFL and MLB is clustered while the NBA playoffs are watch worldwide. NFL leads the numbers in the US and has dismal ratings elsewhere. China NBA ratings alone should end any issue.

hence why the nba's "we love offense" idea, if you can play with some heart and a little d trend is tipping in favor of mike d's philosophy.

the lakers being a perfect example of this, btw.

It would be quite a statement if Orlando wins game one in Cleveland after being down 15 at the half.

exactly. the nba, without question has WAYYYYY more fans internationally than mlb and the nfl...perhaps even combined.

with satellite tv and the internet this helps the nba THAT much more.

Lebron keep missing free throws. Man, I remember how much heat Ewing used to take for missing clutch free throws late in games. I would like to see some comparison numbers with today's superstars because I have a feeling Ewing will be vindicated.

Watch out for Lewis. Everyone is going to be chasing Hedo and Dwight.
