It would essentially leave the roster with 10 non-rookies. I’ll bet McCullar and Hukporti start as 2-way deals (along with Toppin as the third.) Dadiet (being a first round guarantee) and Kolek are the likely 2 on the roster. If the Knicks can bring back Achiuwa that essentially gives them 10, plus the 2 rookies. Then if they can add 2 more vets on minimum contracts they will be in business. Even if it’s someone like Shake Milton, Reggie Bullock etc. Just someone who can break in case of emergency over the course of the season. Obviously we would need to avoid being hard capped at the first apron though. |

Another under the radar guy is Omer Yursteven. Showed a lot of promise with the Heat as an undrafted rookie in the preseason. Is absolutely huge and has some raw ability. Definitely a project, but looked really promising and then had some injury issues.
