we're definitely better than NJ who has 2 good players and a bunch of CBA garbage and the rookie Kristic. Philly has been eratic and Indy is without Jneal but they are killing the Jazz right now! Orlando is also very catchable! But we have to play better at home...

the problem is he is not in the Knicks future plan. He is far from the player that he once was. I'm not gonna say he is hindering the developement of Ariza since Trevor is only 19 and he'll get his chance once Penny is gone by next year's trading deadline, if not this offseason. Penny has been decent this year but he's still far from the star some people think he is.

everything you said is on point of course... as big of a penny fan that i am, i am not blind to his skill level and the undeniable fact that he won't be in NY long... but the fact is, he's here... he's not a shandon anderson, he can produce especially when he gets solid minutes and has time to get into the flow of the game... i think he gets frustrated because he slowly see's his role diminishing which some nights sparks him to play very well, and some nights intimidates him into playing bad...

but anyways... the point is the guy is here and he's not a negative factor, and ariza has time, even if penny wasn't here he'd probably get the same minutes.. so people should just relax and stop crying like he's some kind of disease on the team... i'm just tired of the same complaining every day...

"penny does not need to be taking ariza's minutes"

"he doesn't need to play on a rebuilding team"

all that stuff is bogus...

So ture about the Penny bashing.

Its the same people who at one point were sayin that the reason we were looing is Kurt Thomas.

They just pick a 30+ player and decide to bash for some reason.

All meanwhile you can be bashing so many other younger guys who are not playing up to there potential. But you know, they are under 30, so its ok for them to play like stiffs.

That aside awesome defense today, very good recognition that all you have to do agaist the Wiz w/out Jamison is force them to jack shots.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?
