This is the worst Knicks half I've seen in my life. The two that come close was when they played the Hornets during the Layden Era and lost by like 60, a game where Weatherspoon wore his shorts backwards, and a close 3rd was a Knicks/Heat game during Caron Butler's rookie year that I was at and at the end of the first half it was like 35-34. Brutal.

That was the WORST half of Knicks basket ball I have seen. Ever.

Only the assistants? Lenny should wish earth swallowed him! And the players? They should be the most worried! How much time has passed since Isiah made a trade? This tipe of effort can even get Marbury traded out of NY!

Houston's accurate shooting was supposed to break this Zone defense and it hasnt. He has only attempted 2 shots in 13 minutes. Bench him for TT who is doing well in the 2nd half.

Anyone have any idea about how to fix this? Whats wrong? What can they do to make it right? Should they make a lineup change and go all defense?

one word: brilliant. Our coach isn't the losingest coach in the league for nothing. He won all of his games in his early days, but right now he is coaching from the morning, comes night time, he is worthless......

unacceptable effort

overpaid bunch of no-good underachievers

it's a disgrace to all of us who are spending our time
watching this telecast feeding those fat execs @ msg

all those who attended the game should get refunds

isiah should seriously consider firing lenny wilkens

what a waste of time

there should be a mercy rule as in hockey because if they play the 2nd half, the knicks will get massacred by 60.

don't be an idiot and expect any type of comeback, because as we've seen in the past, the knicks tend to suck after the halftime break.
lenny must give the worst locker-room speeches of any coach in any professional league.

lenny in the knick locker-room right now:
"hey guys, it's ok, don't get down on yourselves. tomorrow's another day. just give a 110%. play hard. c'mon guys, you can do it. do it for your coach, do it for your moms, do it for the fans. yey!" , then proceeds to jam his thum up his ass.

75 pts!!! 75 first half points!!!!! Don't even dare to talk about defense at the Garden! That definitely doesn't exist tonight!! After a 35 point first quarter I thought that NY couldn't do worse... Guess they proved me wrong letting the Mavs score 40!!!! This is the ugliest!! If you erase the whole first wuarter of the Mavs, we would still be losing this game! If this doesn't make Isiah trade someone or fire someone, then I can't imagine what else he can do! If the Celtics game was a stinker, what's this? Wow! I miss Van Gundy's defense right now...

I agree with you about our coach but you are not blaming the players enough bro. Will this lineup work? Stephon, Craw, TT, JYD, Nazr?

simple answer, use the players that are doing well, I.E. TT, JYD, Sweetney, Vinny, Nazr, Marb, and Houston. Right now, Crawf and Kurt need to be spectators. Sub Crawf for Marb, and Kurt for the Center. we need a heavy dose of JYD, SWEETNEY, TT, MARB, VINNY, NAZR..

I can't imagine what a man that doesn't prepare his team to play harder in third quarters is going to tell them or to do to make them show any effort in the 2nd half. Man, this is at the Garden!! This players have no pride?? They have no balls?!?
