Knicks need their own Tatum and Brown. If only RJ can shoot consistently and Cam can live up to his potential

Those 2 guys in Boston are just too good. They take turns dominating. Knicks defense lacks but they aren’t playing a bad game. Those guys are just better.

Just a bad play around. No need for him to iso at that point. Well, this loss isn't as bad as the others. Saw some promising things.

You can't make the case it was all the games. Think this is the first night where he shot above league average.

Those 2 are like brown and Tatum if they never hit their potential. They can still get there though. Especially barrett. No reason he can’t get to brown level by age 25.

Udoka being hired in season is the exception to the rule. Wouldnt mind Snyder being considered for the job next season. Did a good job in Utah, they needed a fresh start.

Difference between Randle and Tatum, Tatum gets away with everything a clear take foul no call, Randle actually makes a play on the ball and gets called for a flagrant 1… total BS

We were close to the very bottom of the league in the sheer volume of 3s teams take against us. Pretty sure this game put us at the bottom.

Thibs isnt striking fear in players who dont play D like he used to. Hope he can change that.

Randle I think has earned that because he is always complaining. He got hammered a few times, nothing called.

Been 1 of my 2 main issues with him since his COTY season. It takes awhile but people eventually see why I point out issues and mistakes even if we win games. Teams missed open shots all year but once the playoffs started they made them. I don't pay close enough attention to other teams but once you are a Knick I notice all your flaws because I care. His defense is just pack the paint and scramble to open shooters and hope they miss.

Yeah that was the worst 3 point defense I’ve ever seen, truly awful… when you score 115+ pts per game you should win the game…

In addition to this, I think Thib's defensive scheme is why scrubs always kill us. They might suck in comparison to their contemporaries but they are still NBA players. If you constantly have them in positions where they have open shots or where they can attack a defender who is scrambling to recover they will make you pay. They are still some of the best basketball players in the world.

The fact that Celts took 51 3s and hit 52% is the entire difference in score. I’m pretty good with how the Knicks otherwise played.

More upset with the second unit. Might be time to unleash McBride.
