Our star players take plays off this year and struggle in the clutch that is why we are where we are and we don’t have a pg. when I look at the playoff teams we are just as talented minus a point guard and giving effort for 48 minutes… the freaking craptors have a better record then us. They don’t have a mitch, or a rj, or a Randle… they have a bunch of role players and Fred VV who is not a star but a very good pg…

We need a f u c k I N G point guard and we need to lock up mitch.

So it's just about certain guys for me the rest of the season - RJ, Mitch, IQ and Grimes. RJ did not have the best game shooting but I loved how he hit the game winning clutch FTs and played perfect defense on KCP on the final play. I'm still very iffy on bringing back Mitch but he was a monster last night with 10 offensive rebounds and he's really making himself irreplaceable. IQ was solid but I'd like for him to get more minutes. No sense in Burks getting 27 minutes and IQ also getting 27 minutes. And good to see Grimes back after that scary injury. He's a keeper! Love how he competes.

That's it. I don't care about any other player on this roster the rest of the season. And I'll admit it, I'm rooting against Fournier breaking Starks 3PT record.

Good take. The yoot are getting in and playing well. Tanking at this point has little room to increase odds.
There is always players to look back on and lament we should have taken. Thats the nature of the beast.
I too am ambivalent about mitch. It not an easy one to solve and and don’t have all the info to make a grade.
