7 or 8 in this draft is about the same. Just glad it wasn't 9 or 10!!! That would've been a disaster.

In the glass half full department, maybe the Knicks are better off having a player fall in our lap versus our front office having to make the selection. Many people said we would've picked Okafor if we had the third pick two years ago.

I think Ewing needs to be our guy next year. Clyde is clyde but he doesn't have that frozen envelope mojo.

All Phil had going for him is not trading lottery picks but middle of the road lottery picks do nothing for us. We are back to being the middle of the road lottery team we were under Layden, Isiah and Walsh. All thanks to Phil/Dolan resigning a broken down, stubborn, delusional, low IQ, childish, aging 16yr veteran Carmelo Aloysius Anthony to a 5yr $124million maxed contract
for a 2nd time. FUCK this team.

Meanwhile, our two division foes get 2 of the top 3 picks... The Sixers are set up to be really good in the next couple of yrs baring injury...

That is if they can keep it together. See Oklahoma City Thunder.

Some franchises are better than others. They have smart players who then turn into smart GMs. See Celtics and Lakers. The Knicks have a knack of turning smart people into psychos. Dunno, must be something in the the NY water.
