Oak has a long history of getting into it with security. So you think the MSG staff was at fault for sending in as many as they did? You want to sit next to him brawling? there were man fans in and around that scene whose security and safety is also to be considered!

There is zero evidence Oakley instigated a physical altercation. You can say he was there after being banned and the age way to handle that is to have the police Comme in and take care of it. If it even required taking care of. He may have begun just watching the game. Not sure why peon keep saying he instigated a fight. When we just don't know that to be true. The security people may have been sent there to preemptively to pick a fight with him. And that's definitely something Dolan would do.

A guard soon came over to Oakley and asked him to leave. Oakley asked why.

Honestly, that 93 team has my fondest Knicks memories. Oak may not have been Ewing, but his defensive spirit was the heart of that team. Symbolically, the organizations' failure to embrace Oakley is representative the deep issues that the organization has connecting to the media, its fans and its players.
