Towns is active with his feet on pick and rolls....Towns is a defensive big with back to the basket offense in the post. But with his high fouks and quick yank, its hard to gage him. Towns is the highest risk....higbest reward pick.

Kaminsky looks like a solid mid round pick.....really no surprises from the 1st round guys. Guards on duke and Kentucky are underrated.

I don't really see an NBA post game from Towns yet. I see the potential for one, but he needs work. On the flip side, I wouldn't call OK4 defensive IQ terrible, just inconsistent. I'm not sure how any of the guards on Duke or Kentucky project as pros, with the exception of Booker.

Just saw an example of Towns lack of awareness in the post.

Statistics show that OK4 finishes 12% more of his shots than Towns.

what sort of shots?

I haven't watched a ton of college ball other than the tournament but didn't you make the statement about Towns when he got bumped and got the and one? I have seen Okafor score/finish when being defended a lot tougher. Just based on watching these guys 4-5 times so I could be wrong.

towns is quicker which means something when it comes to finishing. i don't know who you are referring to with okafor, today anyway. he had 3 inches and 35 pounds on his defenders. that said, he is very slow-footed and deliberate. not a sin in a big man, but it doesn't help.

wow wisconsin with anther huge shot. they could pull this one off!

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

I have watched Okafor double and triple teamed quite a bit. I watch Cuse so I saw him against Christmas and I watched him against Kaminsky and Wisconsin earlier in the year. I aso ave watched him in the tournament. Not an expert, a duke fan or even a cbb fan but I have seen him handle much tougher coverage in my opinion.

Too much dribbling around for Wisconsin right now.

Establish Towns in the post and let him hook shot frank the tank to death.

I have seen some Kaminsky/Bargs comparisons and I think there is a big difference between the two, Frank has a high defensive IQ but lacks strength and some quickness. Bargs has the physical tools but doesn't know what to do. I think if Frank gets stronger he could be a decent positional defender and good team defender.

I agree. I was saying this kid has enough lateral quickness to guard on the perimeter.

Or Lyles...high % offense 5 feet from the rim from towns and lyles -- together with the size and defense, that should get them through this. Will they start playing like that??

Wisconsin really taking advantage of the match-ups off Kentucky switches, and Booker seems to be the victim.

Booker is still a baby, physically, but you get glimpses of how good he can be when he gets rid of the baby fat.

Thats why i like stein....he seems like somebody that understands his strengths and weaknesses....and his defense as a blind side shot blocker is a talent every team needs. I like him as a mid round pick. But Kaminsky's stock is rising.

All of them lol

well there's one on ones, putbacks, getting the ball on the roll. i saw a couple of putbacks by okafor, and one or two one on one moves where he is holding the ball like a grapefruit.

KAT spreads his legs and gets low on D. It makes him tough to get around.

What's the rebounding differential tonight--Wisconsin's gotta be up +10 or better...so many second opportunities they've come up with...who would've thought that coming in??

kaminsky is a good college player but he is not very strong. i agree he's be great as a small forward in the triangle.
