Not a chance. You are throwing out pick numbers like there are no players and player rankings involved.

1st of all, I think that Philly goes for Russell, 2nd, this scenario is so wild and stretchy. We will have at best a 25% chance to win the lotto, Then we have to hope that smart hinkie suffers a brain hemorrhage on draft night and that the rest of the philly staff all got killed in a plain crash and Iverson steps in to make the decisions.
