Is that how you'd deal with all of your Rookie draft picks? I don't understand your thinking on this one. Most teams will be patient with a draft pick under most circumstances. Why should the Knicks have traded THJ as a rookie or sophomore? How do you ever develop young talent if you aren't patient enough to let them develop?

How is he even being developed, all he does is chuck up shots and provide a few highlights in an already decided game. he plays unbridled, he isnt being developed. When hardaway was lighting up the rookie game, he should have been traded that weekend.

Rookies get traded all the time when teams recognize that player isnt what they need.

Yeah I remember in another context over a decade ago on a different kind of board somebody playing that card and I called them out on it. And money was on the line there and guy was using that tactic to gain empathy which was truly sick and manipulative. Anyway, I'm not going to discuss it after this post to keep it from derailing the Melo Hate Porn posters.
