shump is in no way comparable, even if given such a title by someone since he was never really that good offensively, and he isn't as sick of a lockdown defender as he was a few years back.
i mean that westbrook is sort of a mini-lebron in the categories i listed. and how he is such a difficult matchup. rose was like that too, but westbrook is bigger and stronger than rose, seems to cause more havoc on defense, and seems to thrive in the open court even more so.
westbrook's strengths allow him to take over games and dominate his opponents with the same attributes lebron uses to his advantage.
bottom line...he's coming into his own, silencing his critics i think, and arguably outperforming the mvp, who gets far more love from a lot of the fanbase who seem to romanticize kd as some kind of kid still playing ncaa hoops. he's a great player, yes, but lebron is obviously better and i don't even see the argument otherwise.
