Nuggets arent rebuilding. They have massive flexibility and didnt miss a step after losing Melo right? Oh wait.. time to backtrack on an entire offseason's musings about how the Nuggets are better off. Briggs... I see two quality players in Tyson and Melo. The rest are below average NBA starters if they are starters at all. We have one top ten player in Melo. One top 30 player in Chandler and probably nobody else cracks the top 100. We lack talent. Point blank no fish they didn't. they won more games than us and there is a good possibility they will be there collecting the knicks lottery pick this year fish.. maybe you should stay on topic.. your somewhat emotional potshots at me, don't seem to be working for you.. Yeah fish, don't you realize the key to life is collecting lottery picks? As the Nuggets will probably end up with a lottery pick of their own without help from the Knicks. Your singular melo hate blinds you to anything but negativity, which is why you surreptiously disappear every time we go on a protracted winning streak.
You see great shapes in first round exits for other teams. "They" are always in great shape and "We" are not, no matter what the outcome. "They" win 50-some games and are in great shape.

6 games in and now we're a lottery team and back to the laughingstock of sports. The past 3 seasons don't exist. You really don't see things clearly, do you?You just don't get this whole fan thing, do you? Loyalty, maybe? Yes I'm happy. I'm a Knick fan and there's NBA basketball that my team is partaking in it. I want to bury every team by 30 points. I want a chip. But despite the outcome, I'm still a Knick fan. I did not pay to become one. The Knicks, believe it or not, owe me nothing. Jim Dolan is the entitled owner of billions dollars, good for him. He's an unreasonable turd from what I can see. So are lots of people. I'm still a Knicks fan. Here, you like analogies and repetition: you get married and have a kid, he's your kid, and he just doesn't perform up to snuff. Do you blame management? Do you constantly berate him because he's not Johnny down the street? Do you contantly point out everything he's done wrong and belittle any of his achievements because you admire Johnny down the street's approach to life so much more? Do you contantly remind him that he's not Johnny down the street and how much happier you would be if he were? You pick a team, they don't pick you, tkf. If you hate this team and it's management as much as you seem to, why aren't you a fan of one of the other well-run organizations that you point out repeatedly, ad nauseum? I'm sure the Nuggets or the Pacers or the Warriors or the Rockets are just dying for knowledgeable, verbose fans like you. what should the past 3 years mean jrod? we traded away the farm to basically get where we were headed anyway... i ONLY USE denver because they took our players and won more games than we did, except they have a solid plan in place with many picks to execute a number of scenarios.. we don't... so the last 3 years mean nothing because we haven't accomplished squat...did we make the carmelo trade to accomplish this? really? I don't belittle achievements, but I don't pump them up to be more than they are... what have the knicks achieved? considering the moves we made.. Are you happy with your outlook? Stating that your fandom is predicated on the team's producing the results you want, when you want it, how you want it, is shopping, it's not being a fan. tkf is exactly what he stated, a fan of the NBA who wants to cheer for a team that has a plan, players and staff that meet his tastes and standards. And that's okay. Just please don't try equating that with "being with the team". That's being with yourself.
