And if we get somebody in the game that's struggling a little bit, then maybe I can turn to Quentin ... to get it done. That's the reason for bringing him to our ballclub."

Like I thought, they don't have as much confidence in Shumpert...coulda had

not a reflection on Shump... Miami got Wade and LeBron and Knicks will need bodies and fouls. Pierce there too.

Shumps been evoking memories of Shandon Anderson with all the missed layups.

lol Shandon was in the league for a few years before joining the Knicks. Shump has yet to play a full season.

Who's worse Shandon or Jeffries??

Jeffries has to be the worsr finisher in the history of the game. WNBA players would finish better at the rim against nba talent

It could also be for Novak when he's not hitting or willing to pull the trigger or drive against a team like the Heat. I think Shump does enough on D that he's not in danger of being pulled for QRich.

QRich has been thru a lot and if he did have to come in, he would likely not spazz out. Guys like KMart and Sheed just know what it's about and Woody and Gruny like those kinds of guys. They're all TOUGH too. You won't be punkin any of our vets.

Yea no more Toney Douglas and Landry Fields

Actually Pierce has unraveled Q-Snitch a few times when here. If he is really what some are trying to make him out to be James White and Ronnie Trash Brewer would have been irrelevant a very long time ago.

If he is in shape he can possibly contribute and is another guy to get under the skin of Lebron, Pierce, George and Deng. If he is out of shape and bigger than ever he will still contribute more than Brewer and Flight White. He cos won't see thre floor for more than a total of 3mins in the playoffs

He is here purely to fight KG, Pierce, and Lebron. If he hits one shot I'd consider it a huge surprise

Exactly.

When I first read that I thought you meant if he lands 1 shot on those guys jaws the signing was a success. And I will certainly be routing for that!

Can anyone post a link to the QRich video where he rolls his eyes and says "eff that" to Isiah Thomas - who was coaching then?
TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

I'll tell you why this is funny. QRich hasn't played all year. He used to report into camp fat after only a couple months off. He's going to be in terrible shape. This is waste of a signing.

You saying Grunfeld doesn't do due diligence?

Did he do his due diligence with Solly Jones? Let's just say I don't think QFats is going to have any impact unless its just to absorb some minutes tomorrow.

I remember Q looking chunky in NY. Was his conditioning better after he had back surgery?

The Answer Man agrees with Bleacher Report which feels Brandon Bass and Jeff Green are keys for the Celtics

Styles make fights

The addition of QRichardson is all about rugged, playoff tempo, mannish, no back down defense

WTF this bum again. yuck
knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

I can't understand why people make such a fuss over guys that are at the very end of the rotation if at all. We have guys that will just be insurance against injury or fouls or as Woody says if someone is in a real funk. Dude hasn't played any BB in a long while so it's hard to see him just coming in and helping right away. He'll need some practice for sure. He may not be of any use until the 2nd rd. anyway so what's the big deal?

We are desperate for 'Sheed to be available for his cameo 15 minutes, yet we can't be pleased with the addition of a guard/forward who simply gives us depth at a position of need and who will probably not see even 15 minutes?

I just want to know if he is fit. If he is, this is a solid, end-of-the-season insurance signing that could either surprise us as Rasheed and Kenyon did, or simply be forgotten as the small move it is.
