Low post game , allows everyone to play their normal position. Knicks are playing well and Mike Breen can't complain tonight...I love it.

One thing you can't count on when Prigs plays is he makes the opposing team play defense because he makes the ball move. He was a pg overseas and won multiple championships as the starting pg. He knows how to play the game !

that's pretty on point from everything i understand, and a great idea, i'm gonna sub the curls for assisted negatives

that's pretty on point from everything i understand, and a great idea, i'm gonna sub the curls for assisted negatives

no, no assisted, i'm gonna do hangs, where you jump to it and hang then slowly lower yourself down, that's the quickest way to develop the first real pull up,

also i don't do gyms, i have a bar, plates and a squat stand in my garage, old school style, and i have a couple adjustable dumbbells for snatches and cleans and presses

Knicks should be up by 20 but have about 15 turnovers so are only up 11.
