This. Knicks are at top of division. Melo is an MVP and has endorsed Woodson. If you need anything else your an idiot

U still smarting after the Gallo trade???..MDA resignation was the icing on the cake???..Can't blame u, we were two games over .500 and Gallo had great hair...

coming from the guy who supporting Isiah to the bitter end. Well played. Besides... Gallo is just a role player. You need stars to win in the NBA. Watch what happens to Denver without a star player... Oh wait...

All kidding aside, Knicks are a top seed in the east, have a great coach and MVP caliber player on the same page. Cant wait for the playoffs. This is finally going to be the year Melo breaks through. Im sure of it.

What's Denver's road record???..Say what?? They have one of the best home record in the NBA last 8 years...There might be something to coming into that altitude to play one game...Word has it that after a couple of days in that altitude, you adjust...Playoffs should be a blast...

ahh.. is that why Denver always failed in the playoffs? Other team's adjust? Interesting...

If you guys look at Denver's road record on Tuesday's after playing 2 games on the weekends you will see the Knicks are a better team. You just need to look closely enough. Shocking they were able to lose an MVP caliber player and are somehow better. Amazing job by their front office. Epic. While they are developing young talent and drafting core players Knicks went out and bolstered the roster with Kidd, Camby, Sheed, Prigo, Kurt Thomas and KMart. McGrady, Marbury and Steve Francis are working out right now as we look to bolster the backcourt.

Anyway young guys just make mistakes. We need pros... veterans that know what it takes to win.

They've had the 6th best record in the NBA since the trade.....we've had the 10th and more playoff wins than we have..... as of now that TRUMPS everything!

There u go..'bout time u come around..I knew hopping the bridge and rooting for the Nets just wasn't you...It must have took MDA's LA stint to make u finally see the light, huh??..Thats ok..The bandwagon always has room for one time faithful...Wait til u get a load of Melo in the playoffs, especially if your boy Amare decides to show up and play this year...

NYKMentality wrote:What those ATL fans failed to speak about is this... ATL's franchise failed to make the postseason during 5 consecutive seasons before Woodson. After Woodson Atlanta went on to land 4 trips to the postseason during a 7 year period and left after 4 conseuctive trips to the postseason. Lost to Boston in 7 during the first round. Beat Miami in 7 before losing to LeBron's Cavs during the 2nd round. Beat Milwaukee in 7 before losing to Dwight Howard and Orlando during the 2nd round. During his last season they took revenge and eliminated Dwight Howard's Magic before losing to Chicago during the 2nd round.

What they also failed to mention, is that without Mike Woodson last season? They were knocked off during the first round.

It's also funny how the same Knick fans who call for Woodson's head, then become the same fans defending the fact that Houston's the 8th seed of the west and/or could completely miss the postseason here in 2012-2013. Their excuse? How young of a team the Rockets truly are. As if Woodson's Atlanta Hawks also weren't extremely young... hypocritical hypocrites.

It's not so much of the fan who made the remark or the fan base, it's the fact that weather it was 1 person or 20,000 people, the comments were spot on.

You all ways look at the postive and I applauded you for that, but what you clearly don't do is face reality, or in melo and woodsons case, over look there glaring weaknesses and how it's effecting the team BIG TIME.

Woodson is in jeapordy of loosing the team, the players themselves are questioning his adjustments, never mind the fans

+1
My brother showed me post game interviews from a couple of the games before the all star break where Tyson, JR, and someone else who I cant remember all mentioned that we have to make adjustments in their own words. Not to mention his obvious favoritism of certain players will do nothing but alienate the rest of the team.
Nice to see that they are not taking days off, working hard in practice and still having game day shoot arounds. I think they will figure things out. Woodson has to juggle saving his older players legs with a roster of guys that seem to need lots of repetition and reteaching of what works in practice. Hopefully things are back on track. Also, hope they are spending a bit extra time on free throw shooting.
I'm tired,I'm tired, I'm so tired right now......Kristaps Porzingis 1/3/18
