We have our own first round pick, mmle, and theres this rule in the nba where you can make trades to improve your team. So yes there are ways to improve. Im sick of being a lotto team but if you want to step back just to wait another 5 years and complain about the same thing you are complaining about now then have fun. I would rather be competing in the playoffs because anything can happen.
The goal is to win a championship. This team is built to make the playoffs and the ECF.... But.... They have to be healthy. Before you say it's the same for everybody, all I can say is that we are different from other teams due to our age. Not much leeway.
The age of our supporting players is up there, but not our core. You can replace Kidd, Camby, etc. I'm only concerned about the age and health of Melo and Chandler, because those are the 2 players i believe we should stay committed to building around. Their ages are 28 and 30 which is fine.
